Post and Packing:
Postage prices are shown on the checkout page of the products.
Delivery:
All items are normally dispatched withing 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
If paying by cheque, orders will be despatched when payment clears.
Returns
If you wish to return items, please follow the following simple instructions

Please e-mail admin@americanbeauty-uk.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods for return details. Please note that non-faulty items will be returned at the cost of the purchaser.

For all returns proof of posting from the Post Office will need to be obtained as C. Williams can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.

Items should be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them and securely packaged for safe return.

CD's and DVD's cannot be returned if opened.

No cash refunds unless the circumstances are exceptional. A replacement of same value will be made.
